• How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button.

Mix Island store use PayPal Express Checkout, which accepts credit and debit cards. To complete your purchase go to the checkout by "place your order" button. Set up your shipping address. Afterwards, make sure shipping shows right amount. If you didn't spend minimum £50, you will incur additional delivery costs. In this example, by default shipping calculate costs of promotional product offer. To set up right shipping amount, simply press EDIT to delete (SHIPPING METHOD), on the top of the left-hand side. Automatically shopping is going to be updated for the right amount. If you subscribed to our newsletter please paste your promotional code In the discount bar and then apply. Then press the orange button ( CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD) and next (REVIEW ORDER) to connect with PayPal. All done!

  • How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse packs your ordered item(s) and ships the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order.

  • How long does shipping take?

Our delivery takes 2-4 weeks.

  • How do I proceed through the checkout process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

  • What is a fulfillment address?

The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.

  • Can you ship your products anywhere?

Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

  • How do I cancel an order or return an item?

E-mail us at mix.island.customer.service@gmail.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to 40 Livingstone Road, Birmingham  B20 3LL. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For more details and info regarding returns, visit our REFUND POLICY PAGE

  • How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

At the bottom of the first checkout page (“Secure Order Form – Step 1 of 3”), there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.
